Armstrong Environmental support Durham City Food Bank

We are really proud that our team is supporting Durham City Rugby Club with it's contribution to Durham City Foodbank run by the Durham Christian Partnership.  It's been an especially tough year for many and this year the partnership have provided 20,000 food parcels.

Roaming in Rome

Jessica’s recent trip to Rome for the 5th HPAPI conference has proven to be invaluable with the opportunity to engage with world experts and some of the biggest names in pharmaceuticals and containment systems. 

However, it wasn’t all work and no play as she managed to squeeze in a whistle stop tour before the flight home and see some of the sights.

Another training course completed

Congratulations to Mark Armstrong for passing the IPAF Operator Training course. He can manoeuvre his way around anything!

 

New Covid Testing Method

Another Successful day carrying out Covid-19 workplace air sampling on a busy client site. Great to see that in a busy site environment, the effort the Safety and Hygiene teams have put in to ensure social distancing has paid off with negative results from both air and surface sampling.

 

Dublin trip & Potent Compound Training

Congratulations to Jessica and Mark on continuing to develop their Pharmaceutical occupational hygiene skills even further. Even though face to face training has been limited this year they have still both managed to attend webinars on potent compound safety.

 This was a great add on to the potent compound safety training that Jessica attended in Dublin last year.

P601 LEV Certified

Managing Director Mark Armstrong proved that you can teach an old dog new tricks having just been awarded his Proficiency Certificate in P601 Thorough Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Systems.
